DO U LOVE YOUR NATURE !



Dear friends


Now a days , everyday in the world here and there every minute ,every second , somewhere

 sure trees are being cut without any reason  and also for commercial use.Excluding the

 commercial use, the trees cut for purpose of urbanisation, road making,industrialization,etc 

so what is the solution for this unwanted cutiing of trees?????????? 





THE ANSWER IS IN one sientific method called ,-""""Tree spading"""""..




the tree spading , is a common method for moving and transplanting large trees from one 

site to another. THE MACHINARIES USED FOR THIS CALLED AS TREE SPADES.U SEE A 

MACHINE WITH THE TRUCK IN ABOVE,,THAT IS CALLED AS 

TREE SPADE,WHICH USED TO MOVE TREES.... The 

following are some reasons for transplanting large trees vs. younger, smaller trees are:


§  To prevent the loss of a tree due to building, roadway expansion or other construction;
§  To create space for a new building addition;
§  A particular mature tree has outgrown its present location;
§  To alter the design of a landscape;
§  To move a tree to a site better suited to its needs;
§  To create a mature landscape quickly.

Initially, transplanting a tree with a tree spade may be more costly than purchasing 

container stock or B&B trees. However, the tree spade may be the best option if a tree will 

otherwise be lost or if the value of the tree outweighs THE MOVING COST.


Transplanting using a tree spade:


1..FIRST THE TREE SIZE MEASURED,, ,such as measuring its root size etc and according to

 that the spade machine chosed,and then the tooth sharppoitned ends make hole to soil and 

it takes out the whole tree root with soil.see the image....

,4, aND LIFTED TO DESIRED PLACE WHERE IT HAS TO REPLANTED....previously the hole is made to again replant the plant in desired place.


5...THEN KEPT ON THAT

 PREVOIUSLY DIG HOLE and

 tightly tied this with ropes .and 

 water and required amount of

 nutrints also supplied for 

existnce  .. .












After the tree is staked, continue to water the root ball slowly and thoroughly, allowing for the water to penetrate the soil ball and surround soil. If large air spaces are apparent between the soil ball and the surrounding soil, additional soil can be added during the initial watering. This will insure good soil contact with the newl plant and finally the tree will grow normally......






SO FRIENDS WHY GOVERMENT NOT DOING THIS ???

 BECOZ HEAVY MONEY WILL BE EXPENSED....WE SHUD 

DEMAND OUR GOVT. TO DO LIKE THIS SYSTEM 

, OTHERWISE WE SHOULD BE READY TO PAY A HEAVY

 AMOUNT IN FUTUTRE WHEN,,,THERE WILL BE NO RAIN

 AND , NO FOOD AND NO OXYGEN......

INDIAN BANKING SYSTEM






HELLO FRIENDS,

Again i have come with some new ,dosto,,ap log..masti ..pe lage rahto ho..achi bat he...dimag ke liye bahut hi acha..he..maf karna..me jab vi dosto ki bich ,pe masti ka bat ata he..toh..mujhe guilty feel hota he,,ki mera vakt barbad ho raha he,,,so..juST today made huge findings on net,,not so huge..but little huge..and came up with following points.actually i am not writing here for ur betterment,i am really practicing what i have already studied..so ENJOY MOMENTS WITH MY FINDINGS......AND SAY ME HOW IS IT?????


ok lets saart our topic...
INDIAN  BANKING SYSTEM   has history.but now its necessary ,but for us its better to know,what is prsent situation.so lets me explain.it a simple way.......

indian banking system see how it has been categorized .....

MINISTRY OF FINANCE

first is minstry of finance on the top,means its the ultimate finance department controlling body in indis.NOW minister of finance is P.CHIDAMBARAM…he is a lawyer in profession and mba graduate also.IT HAS 5 departments.it controls RBI and appoint directors nd board of governers.



RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (RBI)

then under ministry of finance,the controlling body ,which comes is RBI .RBI is reserve bank of india, was established in april 1,in 1935.on the basis of Hilton-young commission recommendation.this commission gave its report from 1926,but till 9 yrs this has not yet been setup.till it had private shre holders,but later it was NATIONALIZED JANUARY 1 1949.

Function of RBI
·         issues note –rbi has sole right to issue note and distribute coins and note as agent of government.
·         Bankers bank- gives loan to banks and keep deposits of bank’s account in RBI.
·         Make policy- it makes monetary policy,to which all scheduled banks has to obey.
        
THEN it has divided to two types,called scheduled and non-scheduled type..then whts it means????


Scheduled and non-scheduled bank

All banks which are included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 are scheduled banks. A scheduled bank is a bank that is listed under the second schedule of the RBI Act, 1934. In order to be included under this schedule of the RBI Act, banks have to fulfill certain conditions such as having a paid up capital and reserves of at least 0.5 million and satisfying the Reserve Bank that its affairs are not being conducted in a manner prejudicial to the interests of its depositors.


the banks which not included under this act,called  non-schudeuled bank.

COMMERCIAL BANKS

Commercial banks are the financial entity,that provides financial service to public and company.services means deposits,lendings etc…COMMercial banks include.

·         Public sector banks.
Public sector bank are banks whose  majority of stakes hold by central government. i.e. (atlst 50% share).during 1969  major NATIONALISATION process started and 14 banks were nationalised during INDIRA GANDHI time..and later in 1980 again indira rule ,other banks were nationalised.so total bank nationalised is 19. nationalisation makes private limited to public limited..and contrlolled by central government.
Ex-sbi,iob,bob,pnb,ub,etc…..

·   Private sector banks.
·           These are banks majority of share capital of the bank is held by private individuals. These banks are registered as companies with limited liability.
·           Examples of private sector banks are: ICICI Bank, Axis bank, HDFC, etc.

·   Foreign banks.

These banks are registered and have their headquarters in a foreign country but operate their branches in our country.
Examples of foreign banks in India are: HSBC, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, etc.

·   Regional rural banks.

Regional Rural Banks.,the Regional Rural Banks in India (RRBs) were established in October 2, 1975, these banks played a important  role in the economic development of the rural India. The main goal of regional rural banks in India was to provide credit to the rural people who are not economically strong enough, especially the small and marginal farmers, agricultural labours, and even small entrepreneurs.



COPERATIVE BANKS

Cooperative banks are financial entity,where its customers are its owners.this formed under a  a mutual basis, or in a cooperative way.
These are no-profit-no-loss financial organisations.in above we v classified to 2 forms
1,urban
t he term Urban Co-operative Banks (UCBs), refers to primary cooperative banks located in urban and semi-urban areas. These banks, till 1996, were allowed to lend money only for non-agricultural purposes. but today, These banks were traditionally centred around communities, localities work place groups. They essentially lent to small borrowers and businesses. Today, their scope of operations has widened considerably.

Again i am with a new topic. called " what is marketing?".  basically i am not a so much big talented ,big giant on marketing .i am simply a pass student (without honors) science student.having biology as main stream.

         But i am observing my class mates are ,saying and understanding some different ,when some one asking about marketing.so lets read this article .hope get new way of thinking....READ READ READ ......

   LET'S UNDERSTAND WHAT is Market?

   MARKET CAn be defined as any physical existing place or a virtual place( virtual means that not exist physically),where it have potential buyers.

LETS EXPLAIN IT---

i have mentioned three important points--
1.potential buyers.
2,physical place.
3,virtual place.

 1,potential buyers means ...people having capacity to buy.suppose anyone want BMW ,but in mayurvanj area,,,how many have this capacity tha bhubaneswar area??? so  want is everyhere ,but buying capacity ,is only there,who have money..so buyers having potential to buy....is potential buyers meaning....

2,physical place means -      aree "" hata""" odia re,,"""'mandi,""""',hindi,,re,,,,helaaa.....mane a physical place where buyers and sellers meet and goods and  service exchanged in monetary way.

3,virtual place- means the market which physically not exist. how is it possible??? arre frds FACEBOOK..GOOGLE,EBAY, AMAZON,  ORKUT,TWITTER, YAHOO,YAMMER, TUmBLER, WORDPRESS, HUBPAGE, AND EVERY PORN SITE...AND EVERY WEB PAGE ,,IS ITS EXAMPLE......WHERE IT HAS NO Physical existance ,but still have huge crowd and huge business and  huge money,even a web page owner earns ,while sleeping with his girlfrd or wife....   how??? its many way want to know consult me....

so lets come to our topic.,,,,u understand what is market.....ok then What is  Marketing ?

ACCORDING TO  "chartered institute of marketing""  -marketing  is the management process responsible for identifying,anticicpating and satisfying customer needs  in a profitable way......

     but before explaining this defination let me say my modification to this defination ,mixing all said defiantion.....so marketing defined as----DEFINATION BY -ABINASH DASH

      ""The process of management of an business organisation,which responsible for identifyinganticipating , communicating and satisfying customer as well as business organisation   needs in a profitable way.."" 

SO here let it explain----i have mentioned follwing points ---
1,identifying
2,anticipating
3,communicating
4,satisfying the needs
        a)of customer

         b)of business organisation


5,profiatble way.

so lets begin 



1,identifying- frds before 90 or during 80's market was selling oriented .means first stage was product launching and then creating demand and selling...u can take exmaple of bajaj scooter.....but today .....
               market is identifying the needs or searching the demand or needs or want of the potential buyers..let me give one success story..APPLE I-PHONE 4 OR 5...

.STEVE JOBS .mainly mixed the phone-ipod-internet in one which named as i-phone.what he and his company did?  they invested what the young or mass geneartion wants ,they made reaserch on what features would demanded by people..they have invested on reaserch huge,,,not only his copmany is researching about demand and wants...but various new MNCs also investing huge billoin dollars..in it,,just to identify the need and also wants .....then they manufacturing the product,,,,,,but previously it was no identification of needs or want.....


2,Anticipating- means like a SWOT ANALYSIS..... finding out strentgh,weakness and oppertunity and threats....lets give one example....

        after STEVE JOBS apple iphone ,what he introduced is ..the desktop computers to hands..and indirectly affecting the MICROSOFT  SOFtWARE COPMANY....steve jones made computer to hand with features of computer....so MICROSOFT NOW BEFORE RELASE OF ANY NEW FEATURE WILL anticicpate...and then will relaesae to market....nd already,,IT HAS combined with NOKIA nad relaesd LUMIA models....but IPHONE ...IS MUCH ADVANCE THAN lumia....and etc of windows phones....so anticipating is mainly to proctect the product from copmetitors..now microsoft has taken YAMMER SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE IN 720 MILLION DOLLAR.....


3,communicating-
ok whats this communicating,after  identifying needs and demand ,we made a product,,but to know about the whole world,,if we will not say we have made   product,then ,,,no one will buy it...its called advertiseing ,promoting,etc...

      see in BIGBOSS , the main brand last yr sponcerd is VODAFONE...its hording ,ads covers was everywhere in bigboss house...apart from that there was GARNIER' hordings ,products ,,and ek CHadi ka vi ads  ek wall pe chipka hua tha,,syad...so...


    bigboss collecting  more than 1000 crore only for the inhouse ads and rest are break advertisements....and so why all this??? why vodafone paying so much.....u know per 10 second ad on KBC OR BIGBOSS is nearly 3 to 4 crore...why ??? only to COMMUNICATE THE product to its buyers....to make the whole world to know about the prodcut...



4,satisfying needs of


a) customers- what the need and demand ,,,will be satisfied sure,,becoz in modrn marketing way ,we are doing reseacrh on need ,the developing the product,,but in which condition it cannot make satisfy??/ suppose u see the LUMIA 800 AND IPHONE 4...THE CAMERA OF IPHONE 4 far batter than LUMIA 800 OR 900...SO if it has launched its product...but may it not satisfy some camera ...saukin...log....so...there comes need is not satisfied in a comaprable basis,,,,,

b) of business organisation-

business organisation needs are what ....only profit profit profit,,,,,so it shud be satisfied..otherwise there will no production....and also,,,profit will come ,if there is customer satisfiction and many more factors involved in that.....primary is profit...so need of business organisation is priamrily is profit....


5,profitable way-- i said now,,is profiatble way...means  2 rupee lagoo,,,aur 2.1 aur jyada se bechooooo......




i hope u  all understand..what is marketing,,let me conclude is-


marketing mainly finding out needs and demand ,then creating the product and then advertiseing these thro media,,and selling  in profit.......ok,,,,or any doubt,,,ask me in class ......ok,,its enough for all of u.....

MY FRIENDS ALL OF YOU JUST NOTED DOWN ,WHAT MAM CALL U NOTES ,BUT NO CROSS QUESTION IS HOW THE DIFFERENT MODELS ARE UNIQUE IN THIER FIELD.?

SO NOW I AM ABINASH ,HAVE MADE AN EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON NET AND FOUND OUT FOLLOWING POINTS ON MODELS OF OB.HOPE YOU ALL HAVE FIND A SIMPLE WAY OF VISION TO UNDERSTAND THE OB MODELS.......

ACTUALLY what happen is in any organisation ,there is a way of doing the work by the employees in the direction of management.so types of work atmosphere ,that generally observed till now,Those types of working atmospheres are here called as MODELS. actually what is observed is explained in these models .i will explain with suitable examples of each model.

    AUTOCRATIC MODEL

    let understand this,u have seen many times in movies, that boss behaving rudely or even saying to fire,if the actor or actress had not done work properly or in the right as said by the management. or remind the KRISSH MOVIE when PRIYANKA CHOPRA GETS late to rich her office after comming from MANALI meeting hritik ,and how severly they get scolded by her LADDY BOSS....

    SO the thing is that type of WORKING ATMOSPHERE ,where you have to obey each and every command of boss,if not ,then ready to be fired and search a new job......this type of atmosphere or MODEL CAtegorized under AUTOCRATIC MODEL....


    SO main points are-

    • model based on- power
    means the boss of the organization has the power to command you to do the required job,if you not do,then they can fire you.
    • managerial orientation-authority
    means manager or management have authority on you,they commands you to do the job.that management knows what is good for organization.
    • employees orientation-obedience
    means employees are only obedient to work or they have no dicison making power,they only obey what said by the management.or boss.
    • psychological result-dependent on boss
    as boss is here everything,they show respect to boss,but not to manager and dependet on boss,for everything.
    • performance result-minimum

     CUSTODIAL MODEL

    K now you remind the many more indian public sectir and central govt,owened organization,like INDIAN RAILWAY,ok,,lets take one example here.indian railway provides so much facilty to its employes ,that may be the BEST JOB THAN A BANKER...it gives free train ticket,free medicals,,free schools,free space to playgrounds,many recreation facilities,clubs to rejoy,facilty to have party in lower fee,like many of the things. BUT FRDS,,HERE are people work just to get involved in work ,but not to work for indian railway who give them so much facility,they ask that they work,o thier birth right to avail such facilty from indian railway...so let it come to model...

    points of this model is
    • model based on -economic resource of organisation
    means if the indian railway or the organisation have no so much economic resource or fund to avail so much extra facilty to its employees,then sure people will leave to work here and sit on strike....
    • managerial orienatation-money
    means management gives or directed towards wages and social welfares for employees
    • employees orientation-security
    means employee need job security,social welfare needs for themselve as ultimate  factor to work.
    • psychological result-dependence on organisation
    means bapa juade ,,,pani achi,,,sosa lagile siade,,mane autocratic model re boss evrything,so employees are boss dependent thile,,but ethi organisation sgiving all facilities,so dependent on organisation.
    • performance-passive performance

    SUPPORTIVE MODEL

    here in this model,i can only give an example of facebook,here the owner of facebook,is leading his bussiness,with some certain to this model ....

    points of this model-
    • model based on -leadership of management
    means management or manager show a leadership behaviour in organization,by supporting the employees in thier work.organiztion donot just throws work burden,but it creates a supportive working atmosphere for its workers as per the intrset of organisation,to the capability of the employeers.

    • managerial orientation-support
    thats mean ,the management does what?? management provide support to its employees by creating a supportive atmosphere through leadership behaviour ,rather tahn power and money .

    • employees orientation-job performance
    as management provides supportive atmosphere,job performance increases ,,and employee directs themselves towards job performing as per organization rules.

    • psychological result-participation
    as a supportive sorrounding developes around working sphere ,then employees actively participate and the leadership motivation towards work ,leads them participation.
    • performance-awkened performance
    COLLEGIAL MODEL

    this an extension of supportive model, and nothing else,but this is unique in its maximum output,which is employed many WELL ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING UNITS LIKE ,ferari motors, BMW manufacturing units,coca cola company,and all leading international helicopter manufacturing units......

    • model based on-partnership
    means the management or the organisation builds feeling of employees are partners of the company or they are equal to the managerial levels,

    • managerial orientation-teamwork
    means as organisation builds employees as a part of organisation ,this developes a team work,employees feel managers or boss are also same as they to the organisation.and this developes team work efforts under one roof of organisation...

    • employyes orientation-responsibility
    means as organisation treat employees as a part of them,so an obligation developes in the mind of employees towards the work.and they bear cetain responsibilty to thier work,and give 100% to thier work.they treat the copmany as thier own.

    • psychological orientation- self-discipline
    means as a responsibilty comes to employees due to organization partnesrhip with them,so employees make them self disciplined towards work and work effectively.

    • performance- moderate enthusiasm

    so frds ,all it ends now.so a new thinking developes here,if our country creates a felling of COLLEGIAL MODEL Towards MAOISTS., then may be our biloins of property may not be destroyed like  FOREST FIRE....EVERYDAY THEY ARE KILING A YOUNG MAN ,IN ARMY,OR SPECIAL FORCE,WHO ARE GREAT ASSETS OF COUNTRY.....

    ON Id,Ego and Superego

    friends now i am going to explain about id,ego and superego by my style,some friends say me ,when i read a poem ,i have made copy, some say ,i have made copy from internet and posting as own blog,some say defination not required....but in real experience my thinking here ,u can feel my feelings ,heartly,if u have a heart .once read here.....

    1st thing understand what defination says,becoz understanding a defination bit by bit,concept clears a lot on a specific topic.ok lets come to topic....

    SIGMUND freud in his time ,made his assumptions and theories on ,psychological studies of his patients.and at his time his theories not accepted and aceepted also but in disputed ways...but now these theories are of great application ,in healing psychic disorder people.

    he explained ,that human brain might be two parts of human brain is there,  (not experimenting but analyzing from general thoughts of case studies of his patients).that are 

    1. conscious.
    2. unconsious

    CONSCIOUS-
    ok conscious part means ,in our brain somewhere is there a part that controlling our consciousness,like WHO AM I ,WHERE AM I,WHO ARE THEY, like that part who responsible for consious activity.
    this part is mainly responsible for feelings ,thought,pain,happiness,etc.
    EXAMPLE-
    but when a mosquito bites ,us we feel injection syringe like feeling in our body,ok...then this feeling comes ,by consciuos part of body.but sometimes after seeing mosquito siiting on your hand ,going to bite you,,what u do ???u slap to his sitting place,by which the mosquito died.so this activity can be said,that YOU WAS AWARE OF THE RESULT OF biting of mosquito, and so u beat the mosquito and mosquito died.so this was saved was in your memory part THAT u will feel pain,,,so u did slapping action...ok....so HERE THIS CONSIOUSNESS CALLED------PREconscious part of human brain...

    previoisly stored conscious ness in mind..called as preconscious....

    UNCONSCIOUS

    here u all see,i am giving one example -

    last time in fertilser class,,,the new sir taught us about fertiliser and its uses all,,so we all have noticed ,that when sir uttering the word ""six"" ,he uttered the word---""'sex""..so why this happened??? this has some psychologicl explanation.

    this is called freudian slip...so what sir wanted to say the word "sex"...no he wanted to say six..but the word came to his mouth was from UNCONSCIOUS PART OF OUR BRAIN.....

    (.do u know our brain is so much unconsciously controlled if you will know then will be mad forever....do u know the USA INTELlIGENCE AGENCY --CIA DURING COLD WAR WITH rusian countries.he used spies like james bond ,and use unconscious mesage encoding in unconscious part of brain,,having lock of mesaage ,,and when key word is told to the measage carrier,,and carrier is total ignorant of meassage becoz this is in unconscious part of brain..then the mesage automaticlly come to mouth and mesgae is deliverd to the target and there is key to delete the mesage also,,,its all unconscious part of mind and dealt with psychologists) and i m not with CIA...BUT PLANNING to be a part...becoz CIA PLANNING to employ its COVERT agents on study of MAOISTS IN ODISAA AND NEAR STATES....AS it used to kill OSAMA BIN LADEN,,,by employing institutes on social service and then extracting data from social service providers at abotabad....huge incoMe by this...( CALLED selling of information to CIA).OK come to subject....

    unconscious part of brain deals with all the activities happening which are we r not aware of.....

    ok then psychoanalytical theory explains there are three structure of human mind that mainly controlling its personality...

    1,Id

    ok when u feel hungry ? then immidiatly you want to eat something and go to fastfood shop or ask mother to give food or not? if u feel thirst,then immidiatly you serach any one has water?? if u feel like these things then ,,u immidiatly want to satisfy ur reqirments,the part of brain causing such respone on need,is driven by ID PART..

    ..SO think if these type response will be not there,then HOW A NEW BORN baby will respone he is hungry? how we will know he wants something?? then the id part make the newborn crying ,then we can know he or she wants something....so if we cannot know he hungry we cannot feed him and the baby will be sick...this also happens....in some cases...

    so id part is the part is inherited part present from time of birth.and this is DEMAND DRIVEN .means the demand came to mind ,it shud be fullfiled immidiatly .otherwise unsatisfication will come inform of crying,,,in childrens,,and in adults and youngs as,,u all know what???

     in my case its much more active,,,becoz,,,from childhood days,,my every demand ,my parent fullfil in no time,,,so even today,,i become patienceless when my demand not satisfied...even now also......

    ID PART,,is the part that is responsible for PLEASURE DRIVEN activities .means the activities like the person does without any logic,,just to satisfy its requirements.

    so it uses pleasure driven  or we can say it runs as to get pleasure by satisfying immidiate demands comming to mind and if nit fullfiled then inpleasure comes to mind....

    2,EGO

    SEE here,,,when a child grows ,it understand the situations and demand like that,,so it developes around 3 to 4 age and varies in boy and girl,,,so mainly it is LOGIC DRIVEN....Means take decisons according why shud do and  what shud do???/

    its based on REALITY PRINCIPLE...means it takes dicison that are accepted by the reality world .
    EX-
    When a child demands for a toy. ,,and cries for it..the it is ID DRIVEN  and demand or pleasure oreinted mind,,,,but when his father ask its month last,he has no money to buy,if the boy understand the situation and stops crying so its mediated by EGO PART of brain,,means take dicsion that accepted by reality world.and then its called its LOGIC DRIVEN..

    3,SUPEREGO

    Suppose u feel hungry,so ID PART cause you shud eat something immidatly,,,,then u think to go a shop and buy a CAKE packet to eat ,,so the second dicison was logic driven,and contrlloed by EGO PART,becoz cake shops will give cakes by exchange of money and u can get cake and can eat and get rid of hunger,,,,,,

    but u v missed ur wallet......then...ur hunger making u mad,,u want immidatly food,,,so what u will do??? will u theft one cake ??/or will beg for cake??? then u decide u shud not steal cake ,,becoz its bad..this means THIS IS MORAL VALUE U HAVE LEARNED some point of life from any source...by environment or from parent...then it called this dicison taken by SUPEREGO PART.....

    so this part is MORAL DRIVEN ,means when u take dicsions to satisfy ur ID DRIVEN wants,,,thro way of logic driven EGO PART, AND WHEN U USE MORAL WAYS OF  getting this,,then the we call the final dicison was from superego part....

    so every dicison supported by MORAL ISSUES, and then the dicison named as comming from superego part..this developes from social learnings from parents,frds,and other social members....

    so  in the first example u did not theft a cake,,but rather if you understand your mind that ,,,, you have no money,so wait some time and if u get any person u know ,then can borrow money and then can buy ad eat,,then making understand yourself,by WAITING SOME TIME ,is really done by  EGO PART. which is logic driven,,here logic is ,u have no money,and by burrowing money ,u can eat,so....
